Summary: Terminal 5 is the largest freestanding structure in the UK, the development of which covered 260-hectares of land and included    a new M25 link road and diversion of the Two Rivers
Status: Planning permission was granted in 2001 following a lengthy inquiry process, and the terminal was opened in 2008

HS2 Phase 1 (London to West Midlands)
Client: High-Speed Two Limited
Service Provided: EIA (via URS)
Summary: The first, 230-km section of the HS2 network, linking London Euston and Birmingham
Status: Parliamentary approval was obtained in 2017 and preliminary works are underway

Thameslink 2000
Client: British Rail/Railtrack
Service Provided: EIA
Summary: Major upgrading and expansion of the Thameslink network, including remodelling of Farringdon, Blackfriars and London Bridge    stations, a new viaduct through Borough Market and grade-separated junctions
Status: Revised proposals received consent in 2006 and the work is nearing completion

Executive Jet Centre, Cranfield Airport

Summary: Development of hangars, passenger terminal, hotel and related facilities on 39 hectares of airport and agricultural land at    Cranfield Airport
Status: Planning permission was obtained in 2018

Sydney Harbour Tunnel

Summary: A twin-tube road tunnel linking the Waringah Freeway and Cahill Expressway
Status: The tunnel has been operational since 1992
