Status: Planning permission in principle was obtained in 2012 and the first phase is proceeding

Hampden Fields, Aylesbury

Summary: A 3,000-home mixed-use community and associated Southern Relief Road, on farmland to the south-east of Aylesbury
Status: Appeal dismissed in 2015, but a subsequent application was approved in 2017

Chapelton and Grandhome, Aberdeen
Clients: Elsick Development Company and Grandhome Trust

Summary: Two major sustainable mixed-use communities, respectively providing 4,000 and 4,700 homes on 523 hectares and 320 hectares of greenfield land on the edge of Aberdeen
Status: Both have been granted planning permission in principle (Chapelton in 2013 and Grand home in 2015), and their initial phases are under construction
