Piccadilly Tower, Manchester

Summary: A proposed 57-storey residential tower, at that time the tallest building in the UK outside Central London, on a vacant site near Manchester Piccadilly Station
Status: Outline planning permission was granted in 2005, but the project remains on hold following the 2008 financial crash

Brentford Lock West, Hounslow
Client: ISIS Waterside Regeneration

Summary: Redevelopment of six hectares of former employment land at Brentford Lock, on the River Brent/Grand Union Canal, to provide more than 530 residential units and associated uses
Status: Outline planning permission was granted in 2012, followed by reserved matters permissions for Phases 1 and 2.  A revised    application for Phase 3 is awaiting determination

Convoys Wharf, Lewisham
Client: News International

Summary: Redevelopment of 16 hectares of Thameside land comprising a former wharf and warehousing, to provide a mixed-use quarter including 3,500 homes in buildings of up to 40 storeys
Status: Planning permission was granted in 2005, but this lapsed following a change in ownership and a revised scheme received   consent in 2014

Hallsville Quarter, LB Newham

Summary: A mixed-use redevelopment of six hectares of former social housing in Canning Town to provide a range of town centre uses, including major retail space and 1,100 residential units
Status: Outline planning permission was obtained in 2012.  Phases 1 and 2 are substantially complete, and reserved matters are pending for Phase 3

Royal Mint Gardens, Tower Hamlets
Client: IMJ Land
Services Provided: EIA
Summary: Revised proposals for Phase 3 of a permitted development, comprising around 200 residential units on residual railway land close to the Tower of London
Status: Awaiting determination, whilst Phases 1 and 2 are under construction

St Michael’s Square, Croydon

Summary: Development of around 230 homes on a site close to West Croydon Station
Status: Planning permission was granted in 2016 and construction is proceeding
